Note: You have to upload a single .PHP file which should contain both HTML and PHP code. Assignment in any other format (extension) will not be accepted and will be awarded zero marks.

Objective:

The objectives of this assignment are:

· To learn and practice the basic HTML Form.

· To learn and practice getting form fields value, performing calculations, and displaying results using basic PHP code.

Note:

· This assignment is a Graded Assignment.

· The assignment submitted through email will not be accepted.

· This assignment is covering Lectures from Week 1-3.

Guidelines:

§ Code should be properly indented.

§ You can use the following tools/software:

o Notepad, Adobe Dreamweaver, XAMP, WAMP Server

Problem Statement:

ABC cash & carry has announced a discount on different items. They want to have a small application that can be used by the sales person to calculate discounted prices and total savings by the customer at the sales point. This application allows sale men to enter the actual price of the items and their discounted rate. The application calculates discounted prices and total savings after discounts.

Solution Instructions:

· You will use Simple labels, input fields, button field.

· For proper alignment of labels, input, and button fields, use the HTML table.

· Use PHP code to get data from input fields, perform processing, and display output
