- The complete channel bandwidth.

**Total bandwidth / 30 KHz = 3.3333**

- The maximum no. of channels available.

**30*33 = 990- 10 left**

- The no. of required channel per cell in a cluster having i= 3 & j = 2.

**Formula (N=i ^{2}+ij+j^{2}) **

**N=++**

**= +3*2+**

**= 9+6+4**

** = 19**

**Q NO 2:**

Total number of customers in the system = total number of calls × η_{c}

= 14070 × 0.6

= 8442

Hence the total number of calls made in the stated hour is 14070 and the total number of customers in the system is 8442.

You are required to calculate the total no of calls made in stated hour. Also calculate the total number of customers in the system.

Total number of calls made in stated hour = 2000 + 1500 + 1300 + 1000 + 1900 + 400 + 670 + 1300 + 1900 + 2100

= 14070
