I think both tests are necessary for the selection of job with the experience of my own suffering I think some people good in cognition and some are good in other personality factors so if we do just cognition texts then a person who is not good in cognition that person failed and can't be selected for job in his or her life span.
On the other hand those people who are good in other personality factors they can also be good employees and do work better by learning on daily basis. So I am choosing both tests are good for job selection organization should run both tests and then decides which is best for those candidates.
